Coaching helps you address aspects of your personal and work life that are holding you back and preventing progress. I provide you with the confidence to identify and address the ‘blocks’, and take positive action towards achieving clear goals.
How does it work?
As your coach, I will help you set short and long term goals. We work on building the motivation to act. A plan is developed which identifies the steps to be taken and specifies by when.
Taking time out helps you gain a clear perspective. It relieves stress and brings focus to key issues. My support throughout the process is a key element in helping you move forward.
Your coaching will take place in a calm environment that lifts you out of your everyday world. It can be combined with counselling and CBT to help with emotional issues that are contributing to your situation. Contact me for details and a confidential chat about how I can help you.
